United Laser Cladding LLC comes from humble beginnings. Established in May 2014, ULC provides laser cladding, laser hardening, grinding services and manufacturing solutions across the United States of America and Canada.
We help to provide the abrasion, anti-galling, corrosion and wear resistance laser coatings to customer components, to increase the uptime and reduce the maintenance costs.

Eswar Yarrapareddy PhD
Eswar Yarrapareddy PhD is founder and General Manager of United Laser Cladding LLC. Eswar is a Metallurgist who has more than 20 years’ experience in the laser cladding, metallurgical engineering and advanced materials processing. After graduating PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Dallas, TX, Eswar has worked for different laser cladding companies in Houston area before starting United Laser Cladding LLC.
Eswar has developed several laser cladding techniques, processes and welding procedures/qualifications for different down-hole drilling and other components. Eswar has suggested and introduced laser cladding technology to different oil and gas companies in Houston metro area and around the United States of America.
